We are looking for an experienced CDL Recruiter to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top driving talent, managing recruitment processes, and fostering strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic company within the motor freight forwarding industry.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Perform background checks and verify candidate qualifications to maintain compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools, including 10 Street, to maintain organized candidate profiles and track progress in the recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate and communicate benefit-related functions with candidates during the onboarding process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress and challenges.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel to create detailed reports and track key performance indicators related to recruitment.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and precise communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Proven experience in CDL recruitment, preferably within the motor freight forwarding or related industries.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and applicant tracking software to manage hiring processes. - experience in 10 Street is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and related procedures.
- Familiarity with benefit functions and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
