Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to execute installations accurately. Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering their development and maintaining high-quality workmanship. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to clients. Collaborate with project managers and designers to refine system plans and timelines. Ensure installations are completed on schedule and to specification, maintaining a clean and professional work environment. Minimum 5 years of experience in AV installation, preferably in residential smart home integration. Proficiency with wiring, rack building, and configuration of AV systems and networks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead teams and manage installation timelines effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
