A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to manage key retailer accounts and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for retailers, ensuring timely communication

Track and analyze net / retail sales performance, returns, and markdowns

Manage logistics, including tracking purchase orders and collaborating with Customer Service / Credit for timely delivery

Required Qualifications

College degree

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience in account management, sales support, or retail operations, preferably in beauty / consumer goods

Product development experience in beauty

Project management mindset with the ability to develop timelines and track project status
