This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while ensuring high-quality production standards. Process engineers at our Warwick, RI location will collaborate with production teams, maintenance, and new product development to support the development and implementation of process improvements in melt-forming, heat treating, and cold working.

• Contribute to improvement of on time delivery, scrap reduction, and project implementations to improve product throughput.

What Are We Looking For?

Your writing and communication skills must be strong in order to clearly articulate processes, needs, and programs. Engineer will regularly interface with shop floor personnel, technical peers, management and senior leadership.

Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with co-workers and embody a teamwork approach to organizational goals.

Has personal ethics, does quality work, and has a positive can-do attitude

Has strong technical and troubleshooting abilities in a variety of manufacturing disciplines including demonstrated expertise in a production environment. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.

Ability to prioritize and execute various projects in a timely manner. Ability to adjust to changing priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ability to write detailed project plans using 3S and 5S techniques and planning in project software such as Microsoft Project.

Possess Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
