Description
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Founder across multiple companies in real estate development, private investment, lifestyle branding, and accessible housing ventures. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and discretion, with the ability to manage diverse priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily schedules, meetings, and communications across multiple businesses.
- Coordinate investor relations, partnership follow-ups, and confidential correspondence.
- Oversee document preparation for property acquisitions, contracts, and financial reporting.
- Assist in marketing coordination — including brand partnerships, content scheduling, and social media initiatives.
- Handle travel planning, event logistics, and executive calendar management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
- Support project tracking, deadlines, and deliverables across all active ventures.
Qualifications
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, or Notion).Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.High attention to detail and professionalism.Summary
