Grande Custom Builders is a boutique residential builder based in downtown Charlotte. Since 2008, we have specialized in luxury custom homes and select spec projects. Our company culture is tight-knit, goal-focused, and quality-driven. Each member of our team plays a critical role, and we meet weekly to align on project updates, scheduling, and performance goals.
Job Summary
The Construction Office Administrator / Bookkeeper will play a central role in supporting project managers and company leadership by handling accounting tasks, document management, and administrative duties. This position requires strong attention to detail and good communication skills, especially when handling sensitive data like payroll and receivables.
