Konik is partnering with a local engineering and manufacturing firm seeking a Test Engineer. As a Test Engineer, you will lead the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems qualification testing. This includes developing tailored test procedures, executing tests in controlled environments, analyzing data, and preparing technical documentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring products meet mission-specific requirements, supporting design improvements, and collaborating across engineering teams. Senior-level engineers may also shape testing strategy, mentor peers, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and tailor qualification procedures to align with military standards and mission profiles.
• Design instrumentation setups and test fixtures for accurate, repeatable results.
• Execute qualification testing (vibration, EMI / EMC, environmental, etc.) in certified facilities.
• Collect, analyze, and report test data; provide actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis during test events.
• Write, review, and update technical documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports.
• Contribute to process improvements and test infrastructure upgrades.
