Test Development Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for Global Test Engineering Operations
• Very knowledgeable on testers / probers such as Aemelus, etc.
• Drive efficiency to achieve high utilization rate
• Joint-development of test vectors and prove-in test programs seamlessly for NPI & Production use
• Assist with probe-card design / purchase and other admin related matters

Experience : Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 $172,800

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
