We are currently seeking a FT Healthcare Marketer to join our team!

What You'll Do :

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes.
  • Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections.
  • Drive census growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach.

What We're Looking For :

  • Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing .
  • Clinical background is a strong plus .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems .
  • 1+ year of marketing and / or management experience (preferred).
