Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Licensed and pre-licensed professionals are welcome to apply. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as your caseload expands. You will be an integral part of our assessment team, taking on an ongoing initial assessment caseload and working closely with our psychology team. Additional responsibilities include supervision, caregiver training, and direct therapy.Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide direct therapy sessions and implement behavior intervention plans.Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other team members.Facilitate caregiver training sessions to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.Maintain timely, detailed, and accurate documentation of client progress, data, and sessions.Performance Metrics : Maintain a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of 65% billable hours per week.Eligible for a structured bonus program based on exceeding billable hour targets.Benefits : Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for advancement.Pay raise upon completion of licensure and insurance credentialing.Healthcare benefits available for employees averaging more than 30 hours per week.Qualifications : Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.Application Process : Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and interest in the position.
