Your Role The Sr. Product Manager, U.S. NF1-PN Marketing, is a crucial role within the commercial team and will be responsible for developing and executing key HCP (and patient as needed) strategies, programs, and tactics to support the commercial success of GOMEKLI. This requires developing deep therapeutic area insights and an understanding of the NF1-PN market as well as key attributes of GOMEKLI to position the product effectively. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, and will require the selected individual to champion the brand both internally and externally. This position reports to the Director, U.S. NF1-PN Marketing and will work in close partnership with the broader U.S. Rare Tumor Marketing Team.
Location Classification – Hybrid : This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual HCP strategy and develop tactical plans for key market-shaping and branded activities, determine budgets, timelines and metrics for program success to ensure brand launch success in collaboration with cross-functional and vendor partners.
- Deliver tactical development, roll out, and measurement of unbranded and branded promotional materials across HCP and nursing audiences.
- Coordinate activities for HCP congresses including leading cross-functional planning meetings, logistics management, and execution of event sponsorships, symposiums, exhibit development, conference material development and print fulfillment.
- Support the development and execution of speaker bureau and other peer-to-peer educational programs directed at HCPs at congresses, lunch and learns, dinner programs, and digital execution.
- Deliver Field Force training and communications as needed.
- Define success metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis, optimizing plans to improve impact and developing recommendations for future plans.
- Partner with sales training and sales leadership to optimize the development and utilization of personal materials and ensure materials are rolled out to field teams.
- Engage with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and appropriate US pull-through.
- Partner with digital marketing and media agency of record and other vendor partners to set strategy, execution and measurement for digital promotion and media, including SEM / SEO optimization and analytics reporting, using a data / insight driven approach.
- Work with Marketing Operations to manage HCP and nurse resource printing and fulfillment in the portal (details, inventory, downloads).
- Collaborate with broader rare tumor marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and execution across the SpringWorks portfolio.
- Ensure legal / regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing tactics.
- Manage agency partner relationships, workflows, and related expense budgets. Manage budget on an ongoing basis and ensure spend and gating are reconciled on time and accurately.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators for launch readiness and launch. Manage multiple projects and vendors and ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
Education : Bachelor\'s degree (business or related disciplines); MBA or other advanced degree preferred.5+ years of pharmaceutical and / or biotechnology commercial experience.S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience is a plus.Oncology experience preferred.Proficient in digital marketing and media tactics directed towards HCPs.Successful track record in understanding the US regulatory environment and navigating the MLR review process.Proven project and vendor management skills including budget management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistics execution.Adept in expense budget planning, tracking, and ROI measurement.Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.Microsoft Office; Veeva PromoMats; Launch and tactical planning.Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; track record of effective presentations to external and internal stakeholders.Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Results-oriented, leadership qualities, and ability to influence without authority.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on improving lives of patients.High ethical standards and personal integrity; team player with a strong history of collaboration.Compensation And Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 – $185,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors.
