Material Control Technician Responsibilities :

• Follow safety, quality and non-conforming material practices
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Use EBS ERP system for inventory and transaction processes
• Pick and prepare materials for production to work orders
• Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to the appropriate departments or workstations
• Ensure order picking is balanced between all lines / cells
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervision / management
• Ensures shop is kept organized within the areas of material control responsibility using 6S organization methodology
