Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to take full ownership of multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking to completion. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has successfully led large-scale residential builds and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain project momentum
• Serve as the primary site leader, managing daily operations and resolving field issues
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction
