What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and business continuityDefine and document processes and best practices while ensuring adherenceServe as the operational focal point for globally distributed customer environmentsManage customer requirements and drive operational efficiency through automation and project managementLead meetings with customers and internal resources to monitor operational status and project progressWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
