About the Opportunity

We're exploring future culinary leadership opportunities at Flagship Restaurant Group and are seeking talented, experienced, and creative Executive Chefs who are open to new challenges. While this role is not tied to one specific brand or location, we want to connect with exceptional culinary leaders who are interested in joining our growing team when the right opportunity arises.

This is a chance to get on our radar, explore alignment with our culture and values, and potentially take the lead in one of our kitchens from high-volume casual to upscale dining and everything in between.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually, plus bonus potential and a strong benefits package.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant environment
• Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and scheduling
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences
• A growth mindset adaptable, innovative, and team-oriented
