Position Summary

Resolves support tickets efficiently by providing timely technical assistance and addressing customer inquiries and issues. Delivers prompt and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assigns and coordinates service tasks to approved suppliers to ensure timely completion.
• Monitors project and work order progress, addressing delays and ensuring efficient resolution.
• Responds to customer inquiries through email, phone, and the service portal, providing prompt assistance.
• Organizes and maintains file systems to track user complaints, service requests, and resolutions.
• Supports Real Estate Facilities Managers by handling compliance, invoice processing, inventory tracking, and document maintenance.
• Resolves service desk issues and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Pay Rate : $18.14 - $20.81 per hour, based on experience
