Accounting Manager

We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join our expanding organization. This newly created position offers the chance to make a significant impact as a trusted financial advisor while leading accounting operations for a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside accounting team to manage the client portfolio

Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and accounting operations specific to the client

Partner with internal stakeholders across departments

Provide technical accounting guidance and support as needed

Serve as trusted financial advisor to senior management as it relates to the client

Identify and implement process improvements

Manage day to day accounting in a complex environment

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)

Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment previously

5+ years accounting experience with financial reporting expertise

Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting capabilities

Advanced Excel and financial systems skills

A strategic mindset with the desire to roll up your sleeves as needed

Proven ability to work in a fast paced and complex environment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Outstanding relationship-building skills
