Role Overview

As a Product Manager in Fractal's Healthcare Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled products and solutions that address high-impact problems across payers, providers, and life sciences clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, design, and client partners to bring strategic product visions to life, from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with Fractal's AI capabilities and healthcare market needs.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities.
• Translate client challenges into scalable product ideas and AI / analytics-powered solutions.
• Develop and own the product roadmap; prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user value.
• Drive agile execution by working closely with cross-functional teams data scientists, software engineers, domain experts, and UI / UX designers.
• Define clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with client partners and delivery leads to understand client needs and translate them into product enhancements.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally and champion user-centered design.
• Work with business development and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure AI models and algorithms are translated into usable, reliable, and ethical products.
• Guide experimentation, prototyping, and deployment of AI models in real-world healthcare contexts.
• Drive continuous learning and iteration based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors specific to each case. The estimated base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $280,000, excluding any discretionary bonus that may be awarded. Final compensation will depend on several considerations, including candidate fit, interview performance, and overall alignment with the role.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
