Role Summary :
The Head of Analytics & Product Innovation will define Noble People’s analytics agenda and lead the development of new agency products - from advanced measurement (MMM, attribution) to emerging service areas (performance, retail media, etc.). Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee the Data & Analytics team, ensuring insights are embedded into every stage of client work and translated into clear, actionable recommendations.
Beyond today’s client delivery, you will design the systems and approaches that make Noble People ready to win bigger, more complex clients. You will also partner with Media Investment & Activation to define and scale Noble People’s biddable platforms capability, ensuring the right data frameworks, measurement standards, and product packaging are in place to make it a repeatable, client-ready offering. In addition, you will leverage AI to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient outcomes, and identify, validate, and launch new products that expand Noble People’s offering, working with leadership to ensure they are commercially viable and strategically differentiated.
