Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Elder Care

Job Details :

• Join a collaborative Elder Care team comprised of 2 Physicians, 3 APPs, 1 RN, and 1 LPN
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide comprehensive care
• Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Focus on health promotion and disease prevention for elder patients
• Contribute to the facility's mission of zero preventable harm and highest quality service
• Participate in creating an environment that exceeds patient and family expectations
• Support the goal of achieving health and vitality within the community
• Education requirements : Master's degree in nursing (NP) or Bachelor's degree in health / science-related field (PA)
• Maintain current licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota (for NP candidates)
• Maintain current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area
• Complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
