job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with recruiting : post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication Coordinate onboarding tasks, including preparing offer letters and managing orientation documentation Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records within the HRIS Support the payroll process and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and data entry Help administer employee benefits (health plans, retirement, leave management) Organize employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture Prepare HR reports and internal communications, including policy updates and presentations Provide front-line support for HR-related employee inquiries Contribute to initiatives like performance management and learning and development Maintain HR files and assist with compliance and reporting obligations Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support with a strong focus on accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage competing deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience managing sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Desire to grow within the HR profession Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator for a full-time, first-shift opportunity. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain comprehensive experience across multiple HR functions—including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement—within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Location : Morton Grove, IL
Pay : Up to $70,000 annually, depending on experience
