Role Purpose :

The Merchandise & Content Production Coordinator ensures seamless coordination between the merchandise, e-commerce, and creative teams. This role manages product readiness for photoshoots, oversees imagery capture, and ensures all product content and assets are delivered on time for website and marketing launches.

Key Responsibilities :

Photoshoot & Content Coordination

  • \tPlan and organize product photoshoots in collaboration with the creative team.
  • \tManage shot lists, SKU callouts, and ensure all necessary samples are available and prepared.
  • \tTrack photography timelines to ensure imagery is edited, finalized, and delivered by deadlines.

Merchandise & SKU Management

  • \tPartner with the merchandise team to confirm all SKUs are received and properly tracked before photoshoots.
  • \tEnsure all product samples are labeled, organized, and returned to inventory when necessary.
  • \tMaintain SKU imagery logs to prevent gaps or duplicate coverage.
  • \tWork with Merch team to ensure inventory is organized for content and removed from photoshoot space once content is complete (sold out styles, past season inventory)

    • E-Commerce & Launch Support

  • \tEnsure delivery for final imagery and content to the e-commerce / web team for product page builds is delivered on time.
  • \tVerify all product imagery, descriptions, and assets are uploaded accurately before launch.
  • \tCommunicate proactively with web, marketing team and photoshoot team about asset readiness or missing pieces.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • \tAct as the liaison between Merchandising, Creative, and E-Commerce teams.
  • \tSupport marketing campaigns with additional imagery / content requests.
  • \tAssist in streamlining workflows and improving asset hand-off processes.
