Internship Opportunity At The Resource Group

The Resource Group has a robust internship program for Summer 2026 beginning on May 18, 2026. Our program has several positions available for hire. In order to provide the best candidate experience please apply to only one position. This is an onsite internship. For this role you must be located within driving distance of a facility in this market for the duration of the internship. Transportation to and from the facility is the responsibility of the intern.

Interns will work on unique personal projects, collaborate with other interns to solve organizational challenges, and learn new business & professional skills. Information about the responsibilities for this internship can be found below :

• Learn about an industry leading enterprise resource planning system; use its data to understand and analyze the inventory levels and usage of items across the health system
• Manage an impactful project that will benefit several markets with a network of operations intern peers
• Develop tools in GSuite, Excel, Tableau, R Shiny, and other platforms that can be used by our communities to make efficient and confident business decisions
• Gain first hand experience of healthcare operations through supporting day to day processes that provide the products that keep our associates safe and our facilities operational
• Utilize supply chain analysis, project management, data cleaning / visualization, and critical thinking to support operations leadership

Education : High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to discipline required.

Additional preferences include : college junior year and above (ie, supply chain, operations, business); professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc).
