A company is looking for a GPT and AI Systems Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the organization's Enterprise GPT instance and develop custom GPTs

Evaluate and implement integrations between GPT systems and enterprise platforms while optimizing workflows

Provide strategic input on AI adoption and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in AI / ML, automation, or enterprise systems integration

3+ years of hands-on experience with GPT, LLMs, or conversational AI platforms

Proven track record of delivering technical solutions aligned with business objectives

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance for enterprise AI

Proficiency in Python, APIs, and enterprise integration methods
