Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments to ensure optimal security and performance.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Manage Citrix technologies to deliver robust and efficient virtualized environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize Microsoft Exchange solutions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for system architecture, configuration, and documentation.
• Perform regular system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to resolve technical issues swiftly.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for system security and data integrity.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and modernization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align system engineering strategies with business objectives.
• Proven expertise in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration.
