Position :

  • Experienced Insurance Agent & Financial Services Specialist Job Type : Full-Time Salary : [Competitive salary with performance-based incentives] Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Flexible work arrangements Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
  • Create customized insurance and financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of clients' insurance policies and financial plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an insurance agent and financial services specialist.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications required (e.g., state insurance licenses, CFP, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make sound recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Proficiency with industry software and tools.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial planning software.
  • Advanced certifications or designations (e.g., CLU, ChFC, etc.).
