Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US)

This is a remote-first role with potential for on-site options depending on location.
We are experiencing growth and maintain a culture where the best idea wins. We use Customer Generation, a marketing methodology focused on SQLs and Customers. The role reports to the Associate Director and is part of the social media team. This position is listed internally as Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within Directive
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn AdsKnowledge of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and othersAbility to delegate to junior team members for joint successStrong understanding of paid principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimizationAbility to analyze campaign data using GA4, Google Analytics, Excel or other analytics toolsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate strategy into data-driven storytellingProblem-solver with competitive and curious mindsetInterest in staying on the cutting edge of the industryStrong organizational skills to manage multiple projectsQuality-focused and committed to advertising without compromising integrityTravel to visit clients approximately once per year or as neededWhat Success Looks Like

Remote-first company; work from anywhere in the US with optional Abe offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may exist where Abe has established entities; work authorization and residency required for those locations. Role may operate 100% virtually and collaborate via Zoom and Slack.
