The Material Handler supports manufacturing operations by ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. This role is a key link in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting production flow, and meeting customer quality standards in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials, components, and supplies.
• Stage and deliver materials to production areas per work orders and schedules.
• Return unused materials to proper storage locations, ensuring correct labeling and traceability.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Organize, label, and store materials to ensure accessibility, compliance, and product identification standards.
• Package and prepare finished goods for shipment in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Follow established procedures for handling controlled or sensitive materials.
• Support compliance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate them to leadership.
• Adhere to safety procedures, ensuring a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment.
