Job Summary :
Join a growing nutrition-ingredients manufacturer that’s committed to safety, innovation, and operational excellence. We’re seeking a hands-on EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our Norfolk, Nebraska facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all plant EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain wastewater discharge permits, renewals, and related documentation
- Lead and maintain PSM (Process Safety Management) programs in partnership with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
- Drive proactive safety initiatives including LOTO, combustible dust, and PRCS procedures
- Develop and deliver training, audits, and inspections to foster a strong safety culture
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and lead responses to inspections or incidents
