The Director Of Advanced Analytics Is A Strategic Leadership Role Responsible For Overseeing The Development And Execution Of Advanced Analytics Initiatives To Inform Business Strategy And Promote Drive Data-Driven Decision-Making. This Role Will Utilize Advanced Prescriptive Analytics To Be A Bridge Between Business Intelligence And Data Science To Provide Applied Strategies For Business Stakeholders. The Director Will Lead A Team Consisting Of Full-Time And Student Employee Resources.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the overall advanced analytics strategy, aligning with the broader business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize key analytics initiatives that will deliver the greatest impact.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data analysis and insights provided to stakeholders.
• Utilize a variety of statistical and analysis techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Translate complex data insights into applicable business strategies.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data governance, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
