Key Responsibilities

Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track activities, manage leads, and organize client accounts.

Analyze customer needs and present tailored roofing solutions.

Leverage upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and outreach strategies.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business.

Prepare and present regular performance and market reports to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or account management (door-to-door, B2B, or similar preferred).

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proactive, results-oriented, and persistent with a positive attitude.

Experience in roofing, home services, or construction sales is a strong plus.
