VP, Head of Business Execution, Wealth Management Solutions

Reporting into the EVP, Wealth Management Solutions, we are seeking a strategic and operationally focused executive to lead a newly created role within Wealth Management Solutions (WMS). The VP, Head of Business Execution, WMS will oversee three critical WMS functions : Governance & Risk, WMS Data & Analytics, and Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) Investment Performance Reporting. The role is designed for a seasoned leader who can drive integration, ensure executional excellence, and influence across a complex matrixed environment. This position requires a demonstrated track record as a proven operator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making while creating efficiencies across WMS. Ultimately this position leads key WMS functions and ensures alignment and execution of strategic priorities, including establishing a centralized governance structure.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading critical functions for the Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) platforms, responsible for seamless coordination and integration of the WMS strategic business priorities and support for platform's execution.
• Developing and driving increased usage of data to drive strategic business decisions, revenue, and reduce risk, including leading large, complex data driven projects across AWM.
• Responsible for product data governance across WMS, ensuring that governance aligns with overall AWM and Enterprise road map.
• Overseeing performance reporting strategy, capabilities, and execution for clients and advisors.
• Providing strategic leadership and oversight of regulatory, compliance, and risk related business requirements.
• Managing the budget for areas of responsibility and working to identify and solve potential challenges and opportunities by managing ongoing revenue and expenses.

The estimated base salary for this role is $220,000 - $275,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long-term incentives depending on the role.
