On behalf of our client, Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES), CohenTaylor is conducting a retained executive search for their President and CEO.

As CLUES enters a new chapter, with the retirement of legacy leader, Ruby Azurdia-Lee, CLUES is seeking a visionary and relationship-driven leader to serve as its next President and CEO. This is a unique opportunity to lead a beloved, mission-driven organization that, since 1981 has been shaping a more equitable future for Latinos and for Minnesota as a whole.

2026 is going to mark a pivotal year for the organization as it celebrates its 45th anniversary. CLUES has achieved transformative growth in the past decade under the leadership of Ruby. She leaves the organization in a strong financial position, with an engaged Board of Directors, management, team, and staff who are ready to carry out the organization’s mission.

The new President and CEO will guide the organization through a pivotal leadership transition while championing strategic growth, elevating CLUES’ presence and influence, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality, culturally grounded services.

• Proven organizational leadership and strategic planning expertise
• A strong track record in building partnerships and advancing institutional visibility
• Deep cultural competency and appreciation for the traditions, values, and strengths of Latino communities
• Experience and deep community partnerships within social services, community-based nonprofits, and the Twin Cities ecosystem
