Manager Of Specialty Clinics
The Manager of Specialty Clinics is responsible for the development and implementation of operations for the CHOC clinics in compliance with hospital and Specialty Clinics policy and procedures. The scope of responsibility includes recruiting, staffing, operational flow, and facilitation of billing and revenue cycle management.
Pay Range : Minimum $140,504 Midpoint $186,181 Maximum $231,837
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
Required : Minimum five (5) years of experience as RN in an outpatient environment. Experience with third party payers including Medi-Cal and CCS.
Preferred : Previous experience in a pediatric ambulatory care setting.
Education
Required : Bachelor's degree - candidates with a degree in progress will be considered.
Training
Required : Knowledge of JCAHO, CDPH and CCS regulations.

Licensure
Required : Basic Life Support (BLS); Registered Nurse CA (RN).
