    • About The Role

    The role of System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of core infrastructure components and environment.

    What You'll Do

  • Microsoft / Office 365 administration
  • Azure AD / Entra and Identity Management
  • Conditional Access (access controls in AAD)
  • Privileged Identity Management
  • Exchange, Intune, MS Teams, Enterprise Apps / App Registrations, Modern Auth methods (SAML / OAuth 2.0 / AADB2C), Graph API
  • PowerShell / AZCLI scripting experience
  • Server & workstation OS administration : Windows Server 2019 / 22 / 25, Linux, Windows 11, VMware, Enterprise backup strategies, Scripting experience for PowerShell
  • Fundamental networking and switching / APs (Aruba experience preferred but not required)
  • Firewalls (Fortinet experience preferred but not required), ZTNA, Network segmentation, Policies
  • Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Azure (preferred), Azure networking, Private Link services, Azure backup, IaC concepts – BICEP preferred
  • Experience documenting systems, configuration and developing SOPs
  • Insurance industry experience preferred but not required

    • Qualifications

  • No "jerks".
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Agile fundamentals (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience developing / mentoring junior staff.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Some travel is required.

    • The Pay Range For This Role Is 90,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Rosemont).
