We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Addison, Texas. In this role, you will focus on optimizing deployment strategies and implementing automated CI / CD pipelines across multiple environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and meticulous individual to work with cutting-edge AWS technologies while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement efficient deployment strategies for code across 26 environments, including designated test environments.
• Automate and enhance CI / CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Ansible, and AWS services.
• Design robust database and reporting deployment processes to ensure seamless integration and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to refine and improve release management workflows.
• Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in all deployment processes and strategies.
• Utilize AWS technologies like EC2 and Auto Scaling to optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Apply best practices for continuous deployment and release management.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of deployment processes.
• Proven experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles, with a focus on multi-environment deployments.
• Expertise in AWS technologies, including EC2, Auto Scaling, and other cloud-based tools.
• Proficiency in CI / CD pipeline automation using GitHub and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of database deployment strategies and reporting integration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
