Personal Injury Attorney

Our client, a well-respected law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocacy, skilled in litigation, and eager to make a meaningful impact for clients.

Responsibilities :

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.

Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and legal research.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and settlement demands.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Licensed and in good standing with the RI Bar.

2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred (plaintiff or defense).

Strong negotiation, litigation, and trial preparation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple cases while providing exceptional client service.
