Lansing, MI

$20$25 / hr (based on experience)

Full-Time | Seasonal Flexibility

The Opportunity

Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead projects and oversee daily crew operations. In this role, youll manage installations and maintenance tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead crews in tasks such as mulching, planting, edging, and trimming
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members
  • Operate and oversee trailers, trucks, and equipment
  • Communicate with clients and ensure project goals are met
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain organized job sites
  • Support seasonal services (spring / fall cleanups, snow removal)

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years landscaping experience (required)
  • Prior leadership / crew lead experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license + clean driving record
  • Ability to haul trailers and operate equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
