Key Responsibilities

• Answer helpdesk calls and directs to appropriate person or department. Supplies information or generates IT work orders.
• Coordinate / schedule meetings, appointments and activities. Maintain department files and run reports.
• Assist users with configuration and use of desktop / laptop computers. Notifies users of system problems and follow-up to ensure proper resolution.
• Assist users with creating publications and other complex documents using various levels of desktop publishing.
• Ensures availability of printing supplies and equipment inventory for the department.
