Driver / Medical Transportation Provider
Responsibilities
- Transport people to and from their medical appointments.
- Prescheduled, standing order member trips with recurring appointments.
- Drivers get to create their own schedules, business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Earnings are paid out weekly via direct deposit.
- Drivers are paid for every member loaded mile completed.
- Rate details can be shared for this specific market during a call.

1099 Independent Contractor.Independent mobile care providers operate as self-directed drivers; schedule is flexible and on-demand.Requirements
Be 21 years of age or older.Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.Owner of a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition (model year 2009 or newer). Vehicle must pass Provado inspection.Your name must be listed on the registration of the car you would be driving.Clean driving record with no more than one violation or at-fault accident within the last 3 years. No DUI's or suspensions within the last 5 years.Must pass a drug screen including marijuana.Must pass a complete criminal background check. No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.Network Onboarding Requirements
Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or be willing to obtain one).Complete and pass CPR certification course (30 to 90 minutes).Complete and pass CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training (30 to 90 minutes).Complete and pass NSC Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours).Benefits

We are seeking professional, punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to use their own vehicles to serve as independent Mobile Care Providers, driving members of select health plans to and from their dialysis appointments. Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer - simply reliable, on-time service. Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors free to work and earn when they want, and as much or as little as they want.
