To support our continued success, we are looking to add a Full-Time Help Desk Technician to our IT department. This critical role will be the first point of contact for employee users needing technical assistance. They will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, phones, email, passwords, software, and hardware.
RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provides first-level technical on-site and remote support for software, hardware, network, and telecommunication issues for employees across all company locations.
- Maintenance of printers, toners, and label-making equipment.
- Assist with password resets and account maintenance.
- Build out and deploy desktops and laptops.
- Assist the Network & Systems Administrator in deploying network infrastructure, including cabling, servers, firewalls, switches, access points and camera systems.
- Utilize ticketing systems to document incidents, problems, and their resolutions.
- Troubleshoot company mobile device issues, including smartphones and tablets.
- Maintenance of Spam software and phishing testing systems.
- Interact with other departments and individuals to accomplish company goals and objectives.
- Organize and schedule equipment disposals.
- Travel to other company locations as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate's degree or years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Hands-on experience in the IT service industry or in a corporate environment.Experience with help desk or remote support in a Windows network environment is a must.Apple hardware and software experience.Working knowledge of Information Technologies.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.Proficient in document management, spreadsheets, and word processing.Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.What you will need to get the job done :
