Exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist (NMCI-ACTR Analyst) at ATOLLO in the Washington, D.C. area. The successful candidate will provide support to our customer in the Patuxent River, MD area. This is an onsite work opportunity with travel duties on a limited basis. YOUR ROLE as the Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist (NMCI-ACTR Analyst) you will perform tasks required to support clients with helpdesk questions and software issues. Some of the primary duties will include but not be limited to :
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
The successful candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision utilizing strong research and analytical skills when reviewing data. . The position will require sitting at a computer for extended periods and frequent lifting and walking. Effective problem solving, collaboration and creativity skills are necessary.
The competitive salary range for this position is $35,000 up to $50,000 depending on skill level, experience and required CompTIA Security + Certification.
