Process Excellence (PEX) Lead
Cognizant is a large IT Consulting firm that leverages modern technologies to transform a variety of business operations. We are searching for a Process Excellence (PEX) Lead to join one of our growing projects in Mountain View, CA. This team is responsible for providing hardware and support for a variety of data collection devices (like cars / trekkers along with the imagery collection devices attached to them). This support also includes onsite visit for hardware repairs. Another aspect of this program is managing logistics support for hardware shipment (domestic and international). This role is fully onsite in Mountain View, CA. Only local candidates will be considered that don't need to relocate.
Role Responsibilities
- Define and drive the transformation roadmap aligned with organizational KPIs and strategic goals.
- Lead the design and execution of scalable future-state operating models across people, process, and technology.
- Own the end-to-end enablement program governance and execution.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence and align transformation priorities.
- Communicate vision, targets, and benefits effectively to drive buy-in and adoption.
- Troubleshoot and support BPM consultants and Program Managers in complex solutioning scenarios.
- Lead AI / ML and exploratory initiatives to unlock efficiency, data quality, and automation opportunities.
- Oversee due diligence and process shadows for prioritized workflows and process areas.
- Track goal achievement and benefits realization against defined KPIs.
- Ensure transformation initiatives are financially sound and deliver measurable ROI.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities at workflow level and map impact to OKRs.
- Embed best practices and tailored operating models across functions.
- Lead workflow-level analysis and shadowing to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least a Bachelor's degree, Masters preferredMust have project managed 5 high impact Automation / Analytics end to endMust have RPA automation life cycle management experienceMust be Black belt Certified from a reputed certifying body / organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean / Six Sigma methodology.Domain experience in Digital and Social Marketing (Ad campaign, setup, Paid search, Paid Social etc.) is preferred.Experience in Process Mining (Celonis, Process Gold etc.) is preferred.Experience in AI / ML based deployments using Python / Work fusion is preferred.Must have 11 years of work experience with minimum 7 years of relevant experienceMust have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skillShould be a self-starterShould be willing to work in new industry verticals and build good in-depth domain knowledge fasterSalary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $109,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
