Overview
The Senior Manager, Contract Process Excellence reports to the Senior Director within Market Access Operations and is responsible for GPO membership management and direct and indirect customer management within Model N and SAP. The role drives efficient and accurate administration of contract fees and incentive rebates, optimizes system strategies, and leads collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GPO membership process, including onboarding and validation to meet established deadlines.
- Maintain membership in Member Centric system, facilitate discovery sessions, and lead data assessment and profiling activities.
- Collaborate with partners to guide new GPO strategy creation and lead system implementation and maintenance.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly sales reports, trends, and anomalies through query development and customized reporting to support admin fee / incentive rebate calculations.
- Optimize Model N strategies to drive efficient and accurate admin fee and incentive rebate payments.
- Monitor and coordinate appropriate customer slotting to contract tiers.
- Lead research and resolution of exceptions and errors, coordinating cross‑functionally with Market Access and Operations teams.
- Perform regular data integrity and quality control checks to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Proactively pursue automation and industry best practices to improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable government program regulations and eligibility designations.
- Foster an inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and psychological safety.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and at least eight years of experience, OR Master’s Degree and at least six years of experience.Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry with a bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).Experience operationalizing complex contract designs within systems of record (e.g., Model N), GPO membership management, and contract operations.In‑depth understanding of pharmaceutical order processes and customer service best practices.Knowledge of Government 340B / FSS and Commercial programs and applicable regulations.Proficiency with Model N, SAP, and Member Centric or similar systems.Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, including system implementation, data profiling, and process optimization.Proven ability to resolve complex or escalated issues effectively.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) and strong time‑management and issue‑resolution abilities.Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $157,590.00 – $203,940.00 (actual compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location). The position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and long‑term incentives.
