Studio Manager – The Heights (Part-Time, 20 Hours / Week)

$25 / hour | On-site | The Heights, TX

In this part-time role (20 hrs / week, $25 / hr), you’ll help build community among new moms by managing day-to-day studio operations, driving enrollments, and connecting with local partners—all in a warm, supportive environment.

About The New Mom School

The New Mom School provides expert-led education, connection, and community for new mothers and their babies from 0-12 months. Our programs combine evidence-based information, emotional support, and real connection in a welcoming, mom-centered space.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Community Growth

Follow up on all new leads within 24 hours via email, text, or phone

• Track and update CRM with lead status, notes, and next steps
• Run weekly lead nurture campaigns with personalized outreach and event invitations
• Collect missing lead data to target communications
• Build relationships with OB / GYNs, pediatricians, doulas, and community partners
• Host studio tours, open houses, and events to drive enrollments

Studio Operations

Oversee daily operations and ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule

Social Media & Engagement

Capture photos and short videos for local social media content

Instruction & Support

Teach or assist in classes as needed (training provided)
