QA Manager Responsibilities :

The Quality Manager role provides strategic and tactical leadership for site quality and compliance programs, focusing on continuous improvement and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating systems and processes against current GMP, compliance, and quality standards, as well as influencing stakeholders to implement improvements. The role supports inspections by external customers, internal assessors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective preparation, management, and follow-up.

The position also offers validation and data integrity expertise for GMP IT / Computer Systems, laboratory, and manufacturing equipment, helping maintain compliance with local / global regulations and client policies. You will oversee core Quality Systems such as Complaints, Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Supplier Quality, and Internal Audits, and manage updates and maintenance of related documentation. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teamslocally, regionally, and globallyis essential to drive compliance excellence and foster a culture of quality across the site.
