Responsibilities Hospital setting specializing in Labor and Delivery Night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, 19 : 00 to 07 : 00 Patient population includes term newborns, TTN, hypoglycemia, R / O sepsis, and respiratory distress RNs manage labor patients, couplet care, circulate for cesarean sections, and assist in the Special Care Nursery Will assist pediatricians with LP procedures, circumcisions, UVC insertion, intubation, and newborn stabilization Epic EMR used; Epic experience preferred Travelers may float to like units as needed based on facility demands Scrubs are provided; any color purple or navy blue OR scrubs acceptable Modules are completed onsite during orientation Must be able to perform couplet care, manage labor patients, and circulate own cesarean sections First-time travelers are welcome to apply Scheduling may require flexibility to cover unit needs No travel pairs or groups accepted No RTO approved during the first week of orientation, and no more than 3 days RTO will be auto-approved Requirements Active NM or Compact RN license required at time of consideration Current BLS and NRP certifications required One year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required Epic documentation experience preferred Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Former perm staff must have a minimum 1-year separation before returning as a traveler Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-596822.
