Senior Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop systems, workflows, and SOPs for Operations Managers and Associates to enhance execution

Lead the creation of scalable infrastructure using Airtable, SQL, and Python for data automation and optimization

Drive growth projects by collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams to align operational infrastructure with strategic goals

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in technical program management, growth, product operations, or a technical role

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in SQL, Python scripting, and workflow automation tools

Demonstrated success in scaling operational infrastructure or growth projects in ambiguous environments

Experience in building and refining SOPs, capacity / resource plans, and data-driven workflows

Bonus : Experience with human data labeling / annotation workflows or AI development pipelines
