Infoteka, LLC is a leading provider of native and translated foreign language information products and services, specializing in Russian, Belarussian and Central Asian databases, print periodicals, books, and microforms. We serve all geographies and many market segments, including academic institutions, government organizations, corporations, public and federal libraries, and law firms. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Specialist to support our suite of online products and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. This multi-functional role works closely with Sales, Product Managers, and Project Managers to meet the growing demand for electronic resources.
You will provide customer service to clients worldwide, managing digital products such as periodicals, eBooks, and databases. Responsibilities include invoicing, user access management, and troubleshooting to ensure positive customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer support for online products, customer orders and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate with partners and database providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Sales, IT, and Accounting) to resolve issues and answer customer questions.
- Prepare reports for customers and management team.
Qualifications :
Language skills : Russian preferred, other foreign language languages are a plus.Education :
Bachelor's degree Experience : One (1) year minimum of customer service support experience with strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.Communication :
