Period of Performance : Sept-Ongoing

Shift : 8 hours

Schedule : 7am to 3.30pm

On-Call : Yes

Accept any State License

Bread & Butter Anesthesia

Hospital Setting

Credentialing Timeframe is 6-8 weeks

Will accept any type of availability

All expenses provided (travel, lodging, mileage &malpractice insurance)
